BiM Receivables - National Receivables Digital Registry

How BiM Receivables Works

A controlled end-to-end workflow for invoice registration, buyer verification, financing and settlement.

Step 01

Seller Registers Invoice

The Seller records Buyer information, invoice number and dates, amount, currency, description and supporting/legal documents.

Step 02

Buyer Reviews & Verifies

The Buyer reviews the invoice and completes verification checkpoints. The registry records the Verification Status as Verified or Rejected/Disputed.

Step 03

Receivable Lifecycle Begins

The linked receivable tracks the original amount, outstanding amount, due date and lifecycle status.

Step 04

Seller Requests Financing

An eligible verified receivable can be submitted for financing based on the permitted workflow.

Step 05

Financial Intermediary Reviews

The intermediary reviews Seller, Buyer, receivable and requested financing information and updates the financing status.

Step 06

Payment & Settlement

Settlement payments arranged offline are recorded by the Financial Intermediary and tracked through completion.
